Coupon Code Troubleshooting Tips

Can't get your coupon code to apply? Check out the tips below:


Case Sensitive:

Our coupon codes are case sensitive, so make sure you copy the code exactly.


Copy/Paste Issue:

If you're copy/pasting the code over, make sure you're not accidentally copying a space at the beginning or end of your code. This will make the code show is invalid.


Wrong Code:

If you've been given a unique code and it's not showing as valid, or showing as already used, it's possible the event organiser provided you with the incorrect code. We suggest reaching out to them to confirm, alternatively you can contact our support team for assistance too at service@ticketebo.com.au


Invalid Date:

If you use a discount code outside of it's valid period, it will not apply to your order. In the case you're using a code inside the valid period and it is not working, please give our support team a call on 1800 381 939 to let them know.


Wrong Event:

Is your code showing as successfully applied, but you can't see dollar amount being discounted? This means that, although it is a valid code, it is not valid for that specific event! Can sometimes occur when events have multiple sessions, but the discount is not valid for all sessions.
