My Order won't Successfully Finalise

Unable to successfully proceed and finalise your order? Take a look below at some of the common reasons this may be occurring!
Incomplete Detail Fields
Are you clicking "Complete Order" but nothing's happening? There may be some fields you've left blank. Common issues can be:
- Refundable Tickets - need to select yes or no
- Your Details - fields with an asterisk require completion
- Event Specific Questions - those with red asterisk require completion
- Terms & Conditions - require check box acknowledgement
Received an Error Message
If you receive an error message after clicking "Complete Order" and you are unsure what it means, please either write down the error or take a screenshot for reference. It's best to then contact our support team on 1800 381 939.
