Did you face an issue after proceeding to payment? Unsure if it has successfully placed your order? Check the following to be sure:
- Check if you received an email confirmation containing your event tickets. Make sure you check your junk/spam folder just in case.
- Has the money been taken from our account? If so, the order was successfully placed. [note: if money has been taken but you never received you tickets, click here to reissue your tickets to your nominated email]
