Check Your Email Address

This includes checking the junk and spam folders of the email address you used to buy the tickets. [Note: tickets are sent from: orders@ticketebo.com.au]


If you are still unable to find your tickets, then please do the following:

  1. Click here to use our Lost Tickets portal. All active tickets to upcoming events will be reissued using the same email address used to purchase your ticket/s originally.
  2. If this portal does not resolve the situation, or you know you have provided the wrong email address, please contact our team at service@ticketebo.com.au - our team will re-issue your tickets to you within 1 business day.


You chose SMS tickets?

These should send through asap to your nominated mobile number. If you don't receive this SMS within a couple of minutes, please email our team at service@ticketebo.com.au and confirm the correct mobile number.
