My PDF Ticket Won't Open

If you're unable to open your PDF ticket, check out the following troubleshooting tips.
Email sent to Junk/Spam Folder:
If the confirmation email is sent to your Junk/Spam folder, then it may prevent you from opening the PDF while still there.Mark the confirmation email as safe, which will move it to your main inbox. This will also prevent it from being auto-deleted after a couple of days. Your PDF tickets should now open as expected.
Require a PDF Viewer Program:
If you are still struggling to open the PDF, you may benefit from using a PDF Viewer.
We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is a free PDF Viewer Program available on desktop, iPhone and Android.

I'm still unable to open the PDF ticket:
Some reasons you may still not be able to open the PDF:
- Poor internet
- Incompatible device (older device)
- Corrupt File
- Forward the email to an alternative email address (your own, family, friend etc)
- Reissue your tickets again. Click here to reissue your tickets to the same email address.
Is there an alternative ticket type to select?
At checkout, for an additional $1.10 you can select SMS ticket instead.
This ticket is sent to your nominated mobile number. Please note they do require internet to open and view.
