How do I Contact the Event Organiser?

If you have any questions specific to the event you are attending (venue query, event content etc), it's best to ask the event organiser directly.

You can choose to contact the organiser one of the following ways:

Via the Event Page:

On the event page you can find the option, "contact organiser".

This will open up contact form which will be sent directly to the event organiser's email.

Where to locate:

• Desktop: Right side of the page, under the organiser logo.
• Mobile: At the bottom of the page, under the organiser logo.

Via the Confirmation Email:

Once you purchase your tickets, you are sent a confirmation email. This can also outline specific event info your organiser wants you to be aware of.

Noted in this email is the event organiser's email.

Via their Website:

Many large events will have their own website containing further info regarding the event. Their contact details will also be listed here.

If your event organiser has a website, we will link it on the event page.

Via their Social Media:

In most cases, the event organiser will have a Facebook page containing info regarding the event. They will keep this up to date with any important info for patron's reference. You can usually find their email address on these pages, or event start a direct Facebook Messenger chat with them.
