How do I scan my SMS tickets?
Open your mobile message box and search for your SMS [note: sender name is Ticketebo]. This SMS will contain a link to your SMS tickets, please click on this to open them up. When it's time to scan your tickets, assist staff by clicking on "Next Ticket" to navigate through all tickets when required.
Do I need internet to access SMS tickets?
You will require internet to open the SMS ticket link. If the event organiser has informed there is limited internet at the venue, we suggest taking a screenshot of each ticket to present.
