How do I scan my PDF tickets from my phone?
Open your email box on your phone and locate your confirmation email. Please then open the attached PDF containing your tickets. When it's time to scan your tickets, zoom in on the ticket barcode to assist the staff member checking you in.
Do I need to print this PDF?
For most events, you are not required to print of the PDF to scan your tickets. We're all for saving paper and suggest scanning from your phone!
[Note: You can check the "Ticketing Notes" section on your tickets, as event organisers will sometimes confirm this there.]
Do I need internet to access PDF tickets?
You will require internet to access your emails. If the event organiser has noted limited internet at the venue, we suggest one of the following:
- Download the PDF to your phone.
- Take a screenshot of your tickets.
- Print your tickets out.
There's two PDFs attached, which one do I need?
The first PDF will contain ALL of your purchased tickets.
The second PDF will contain a receipt of purchase.
