Unfortunately from time to time event organisers will need to cancel their events, but we have you handled.
Why was my Event Cancelled?
There are many reasons an event organiser may cancel their event. In most cases, your event organsier will reach out to confirming this info with you directly. If you have further questions, you can always reach out to them.

What Is the Cancellation Refund Process?
From the day we are notified of the cancelled event, we aim to have your tickets fully refunded within 10 business days.
Please note that the optional extras still remain non-refundable (SMS fee etc.)
Once Ticketebo has actioned your refund, we will send you an email from service@ticketebo.com.au confirming it's action.
I need to be refunded ASAP, how can I seek this?
It's no problem if you require your refund sooner, please reach out to the team via refunds@ticketebo.com.au to request this.
