If the event you are attending was postponed to a new date, no need to worry.
Why was my Event Postponed?
There are many reasons an event organiser may postponed their event. In most cases, your event organsier will reach out to confirming this info with you directly. If you have further questions, you can always reach out to them as well.

What Happens to my Tickets?
All existing ticket/s from the original date are valid for the new date without the need for exchange.
On the event day, please just present your original ticket/s on arrival.
I can't attend the new date, do I get a refund?
In the case you are unable to attend your event's new date, you are entitled to a full refund. You can either reach out to the event organiser for the refund, or to the Ticketebo team via refunds@ticketebo.com.au.
