Last Update 2 months ago

If you require a refund and you purchased Booking Protection with our partner XCover, please see the instructions below on how to apply.

Please Note

  • XCover can assist with refunds if you are unable to attend the event due to injury, illness (including COVID-19), or any of the other circumstances outlined here.
  • The price of your tickets is protected by our partner XCover (Booking Protect). This does not include ancillary charges such as the booking fee, SMS fee, etc.

How to Make Your Claim

XCover will send an email confirmation as soon as you finalise your ticket order. This is sent to your nominated email address. If not done yet, please click on the link in this email to activate your account.

(note: you will not be able to proceed until this is done).

To start your claim, please click here and follow the prompts.

What is my Reference Number?

This is your Ticketebo Order Number. It can be found on:

  • Your Ticketebo email confirmation (under the Order Summary)
  • Your event tickets (under the top left image)
  • The purchase confirmation webpage (can only be found right after your ticket purchase).

Refund Denied by Booking Protection

If your reason for refund is not covered by XCover (see here) or your claim was denied, and you still require a refund, please click here to see how to claim a refund through the event organiser.
