Requesting a Refund (without Booking Protection)

Should you require a refund for your ticket and you did not purchase Refund Protection Cover, then please note that unless stated otherwise in the Event Organiser's published T&Cs, all tickets are non-refundable.

If still unsure, or if you believe you may have a viable refund reason, you can contact our team via refunds@ticketebo.com.au - Your email will be forwarded to the Event Organiser for their consideration. Please allow 5 working days for your request to be responded to.
